Kildare have dominated the individual awards at a presentation night in Croke Park for the teams of the year awards for second and lower tier competitions.
Alex Beirne has taken Tailteann Cup ‘Footballer of the Year’ while Cian Boran is Joe McDonagh Cup ‘Hurler of the Year,’ reflecting Kildare’s summer double.
